Restoration & Renovations
We will work hand in hand with you from concept through to completion. All other trades are organised as part of our service and are regularly quality checked to uphold the highest of standards.
We have experience in minor renovations, through to complete rebuild. We work closely with many specialised services from designers to suppliers and are happy to make recommendations or organise any services required to achieve your desired result.
Landscaping
Fencing, decking, pergolas, playgrounds, retaining walls, raised garden beds, catios! You name it, we’ve built it.
Whether you are looking for structural work, or something to make your garden a little more homely, we are here to help.
Alterations
If you want to add a house extension, remove walls to open up a space, reclad your house, add or remove windows or doors or make any other alterations to your property, we would love to hear from you, and discuss how to improve your space.
Commercial
We have experience with, aluminum office fit outs, structural strengthening, suspended ceilings, gib fixing and steel stud partitions.
Maintenance
Not all jobs are big jobs, and sometimes, though the job may be small, you still need a professional approach for long lasting results. That is where we come in.
At Turnbuilding, we don’t see small jobs as an inconvenience and in fact offer our services to some of the rental agencies around Wellington.
Restricted Work
Turnbuilding Limited have qualified Licensed Building Practitioners. We can carry out council consent and restricted work.
